Refund policy

At LALEENE, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@laleene.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for size or item changes, subject to product availability.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

LALEENE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
